Mer Wheel Wax wins Auto Express best buy
In a new grime-busting test undertaken by motoring magazine Auto Express, Mer Wheel Wax was found to out-perform the competition when it came to keeping car wheels dirt-free.
The test which examined how effective each product was at keeping dust and debris away from wheel surfaces over a four week period, pitted Mer Wheel Wax against other leading brands such as Autoglym, Swissvax and Halford’s.
The performance of each polish was checked regularly over the duration of the test before the treated wheels were blasted with a hose for 5 minutes to assess how easily grime could be removed.
The verdict
Mer Wheel Wax came up smelling of roses, displaying outstanding powers of protection even under challenging winter conditions. Its remarkable formula was shown to be the most effective at both slowing down the build up of dust and debris, and enabling surface grime to be easily removed.
Given a 5 star rating, Auto Express also branded the product ‘a great all-rounder and our clear champion’.
