Lotus shakes up the green scene with new Evora Hybrid
Set to be unveiled at this spring’s Geneva Motor Show, the new Evora 414E Hybrid marries the classic Evora chassis with the latest in eco-thinking.
The new plug-in Lotus promises drivers 0 - 60mph in an impressive four seconds thanks to its clever combination of a 47bhp three cylinder 1.2-litre range extender engine and capable electric motors.
Features include:
- Electric rear wheel motors producing 204bhp
- Sophisticated torque vectoring system for improved stability and manoeuvrability
- Mid-mounted batteries to optimise weight distribution
- Capable of travelling 35 miles on electric power alone
